Lower your VW Caddy by 40mm front & 60mm rear with our superb Cobra Sports lowering springs.

With over 30 years of spring design and manufacturing expertise Cobra know how to develop and manufacture top quality, superior performing lowered springs. The springs are engineered primarily to improve handling while maintaining safety and ride quality.

These superb lowering springs are wound from high tensile chromium silicone wire purchased from one of Europe’s leading premium steel manufacturers. The springs themselves are cold wound on CNC coilers, heat-treated, shot-peened, and finally finished with a phosphate treatment + tough baked resin powder coat to help prevent corrosion, for the ultimate longevity.

Engineered to lower ride height by 40mm front and 60mm rear these lowering sports springs will improve handling while maintaining superb ride quality.

By lowering the vehicle, this will add a sporty look to your Caddy or Connect . Supplied as a complete set of 4, they can be used with the vehicle's original shock absorbers as long as these are in safe and efficient working order.

We recommend shortening the rear bump stops 30mm from the bottom for better ride comfort.

When having new or up-rated suspension fitted it's advisable to replace such things as the rear coil spring mounting cups as these can sometimes be worn. When updating your suspension, using old worn parts can sometimes cause vibration or knocking from the worn components so we always advise replacing these parts at the same time. 

All specified lowering rates may vary approx. +/- 10 mm depending on vehicle standard specification, options, tolerances & age. For example, camper conversions, carrying more or less weight in the rear.

*After any adjustment to a vehicle's ride height, it is recommended the vehicle’s geometry is checked and re-aligned using suitable equipment. Failure to do can result in excessive and uneven tyre wear and in extreme cases even affect the vehicles handling.*
