At Vanstyle we understand that it’s really important for you to receive your goods in a timely fashion and at a competitive price. To ensure that we can deliver this we have developed a strategic partnership with the Royal Mail, UK Mainland other Superior Carriers.

It is important that when you go to the ‘Checkout’ that you correctly identify your delivery location. We will dispatch your goods with the most suitable carrier. For mainland UK deliveries this is normally Royal Mail 1st class for packages weighing under 1.5kg and UK Mail for those that are over. For our International customers, we will generally send your parcels using the Fedex Economy service.

Delivery Prices

Our delivery charges are based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the consignment and of course the location of the delivery address. For UK mainland deliveries, prices start from as little as 1.78 for small items. The exact delivery cost will be clearly displayed on the first page of the checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated at 1-3 working days by Royal Mail, and 1-2 working days by our express courier partners for mainland UK addresses. European deliveries are sent by road service and take between 7 and 28 days depending on your country of residence. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.

We will despatch your order as quickly as possible, however due to demand this is not always on the same day as orders are placed. The vast majority of orders are despatched within no more than two working days from date of order assuming goods are in stock at the time of order.

If your items are despatched on a Friday, delivery will be for the next working day – therefore typically a Monday unless the Monday is a Bank Holiday. Whilst goods are shipped on a next working day service, next working day delivery is not guaranteed.

A signature is required for all orders delivered by our express courier partners. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm on a working day. Please select a delivery address where the goods can be reliably signed for, like your place of work, a neighbour, or a relative if you are not going to be at home. We can (but we dont like to) ask the courier to leave your parcel without a signature. If we do this, it will be YOUR responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. If you want it left, you need to give us your clear instructions in the ‘additional information’ box at the end of the checkout process. It would be helpful if you could also indicate exactly where the package should be left.

Please remember, even with Royal Mail deliveries, that any items which are too large to fit through your letter box will need someone to be available to receive the delivery. If the item cannot be delivered, you will be carded and given the option of either a redelivery or you can collect your parcel from your local post office depot.
