120°C High Heat Resistant Adhesive
Our automotive grade 120°C high heat resistant spray adhesive is our go-to glue when carpet lining your vehicle.
Perfect for all camper van interior carpet conversions, also great for leather, wood, metal and foam.
DO NOT USE ON FLEXIBLE (PLASTICIZED) PVC
Please follow the directions carefully - and always use personal protective equipment.
Directions:
1. Shake can well before use.
2. Adjust spray head to desired width.
3. Spray from 8-12” onto material for bonding.
4. Spray evenly over both surfaces.
5. Allow solvent to evaporate until tacky (40-60 seconds) dependent upon coat weight and ambient conditions.
6. Press surfaces firmly together.
7. Do not stress the joints for several minutes, allow full bond strength to develop.
8. After use, invert can and spray once to prevent spray head clogging and blocking.
9. Excess adhesive can be removed by wiping with white spirit or a similar cleaning solvent.
Sold in a 500ml can, we would recommend:
SWB - 10 cans or 12 cans if lining the roof
VW Transporter, Vauxhall Vivaro, Renault Trafic, Nissan Primastar, Ford Transit etc
LWB - 12 cans or 15 cans if lining the roof
