At Vanstyle, we understand that it’s really important for you to receive your goods in a timely fashion and at a competitive price. To ensure that we can achieve deliver this we have developed strategic partnerships with DHL and DX Freight.

It is important that when you go to the ‘Checkout’ that you correctly identify your delivery location. We will dispatch your goods with the most suitable carrier. For mainland UK deliveries this is normally DHL for items less than 1.2m in length and DX Freight for items over 1.2m in length..

Delivery Prices

Our delivery charges are based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the consignment and of course the location of the delivery address. The exact delivery cost will be clearly displayed on the first page of the checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated at 1-3 working days for mainland UK addresses. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.

We will despatch your order as quickly as possible, however due to demand this is not always on the same day as orders are placed. The vast majority of orders are despatched within no more than two working days from date of order assuming goods are in stock at the time of order.

If your items are despatched on a Friday, delivery will be for the next working day – therefore typically a Monday unless the Monday is a Bank Holiday. Whilst goods are shipped on a next working day service, next working day delivery is not guaranteed.

A signature is required for all orders delivered by our express courier partners. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm on a working day. Please select a delivery address where the goods can be reliably signed for, like your place of work, a neighbour, or a relative if you are not going to be at home. We can (but do not like to) ask the courier to leave your parcel without a signature. If we do this, it will be at YOUR responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. If you want it left, you need to give us your clear instructions in the ‘additional information’ box at the end of the checkout process. It would be helpful if you could also indicate exactly where the package should be left.

Please remember, that any items which are too large to fit through your letter box will need someone to be available to receive the delivery. If the item cannot be delivered, you will be carded and given the option of either a redelivery or you can collect your parcel from your local courier depot.
