Sliding Window Latch Repair Kit for the VW T5 & T6 Transporters

With the window latches on the Transporters being a relatively complex solution, they are known to fail from time to time. The genuine window latches on the Kombi vans will demand attention after so much use due to failing internal components.

Our solution is a full kit including all components necessary to restore the sliding window to it's smooth operation.

Installation of the kit is simple and can be carried out with the window in place. Trim removal tools will likely be required to pry the black plastic covers away to reveal the operation.

VW T5 Transporter & Caravelle 2003 - 2015 Models (NS & OS)
VW T6 Transporter & Caravelle 2015-2019 (NS & OS)

Please Note - This kit is only suitable for the OEM sliding windows found in the vehicle from factory. These will be identifiable by the flush-fitting glass, along with the vertically centred latch. Most aftermarket glass (including Vanstyle's) uses a different type of latch located in the bottom corner of the window. Please check your window type before ordering.
