Terms & Conditions

1. The host of this giveaway is Vanstyle (Palm Automotive) of Unit 1, Bilsthorpe Business Park, Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire, NG22 8ST.
2. This giveaway/competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years & over except for employees of Vanstyle/Palm Automotive their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.
3. Entrance into this event is FREE and should be done by entering on the form on this page https://www.vanstyle.co.uk/van/information/yorkshire-poptop-adventures-prize-draw/ by 11.59pm on the 30th September 2025.
4. There will be one winner drawn at random from entrants between the 10th September 2025 and 11.59pm on the 30th September 2025.
5. For an additional bonus entry after you have entered the prize draw, share our competition Reel to your stories and tag @vanstyle_uk
6. The draw will be made at the Yorkshire Poptop Meet Up on the 5th October and announced on our social media channels.
7. Should the winner fail to communicate or comply with Vanstyle (PalmAutomotive) within 72 hours of initial contact, another winner will be drawn at random following the same procedures as the initial draw.
8. The prize is a set of Wheelwright Yakama Matt Black 17” Wheels in 5 x 120 or 6 x 120 with BF Goodrich All Terrain Tyres, A Cobra Cobra Lift Spring Kit and Free Fitting at Vanstyle’s head office in Bilsthorpe NG22 8ST.
9. No alternative or cash alternative will be offered for the prizes.
10. No travelling expenses will be provided to travel to the Vanstyle offices for free fitting
11. Vanstyle (Palm Automotive) reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify the prize draw and/or the terms and conditions at any time and for whatever reason and/or amend or withdraw the prize draw (and/or any related prize) in whole or in part at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
12. Vanstyle (Palm Automotive) is also entitled to vary the prize if, due to unforeseen circumstances it becomes impossible to provide the prize as described or in its opinion, it would be inappropriate in any way.
13. By entering this giveaway/competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted the terms of this giveaway/competition for the duration of the event.
14. Vanstyle (Palm Automotive) at its sole discretion and at any time has the right to remove a participant from the prize draw if it has reasonable cause to believe that the participant has acted or is acting fraudulently, illegally or in an unauthorised manner.
15. Any personal data relating to the competition entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
16. The decision of Vanstyle (PalmAutomotive) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
