Very disappointed in this product.
It is not specifically designed for the custom and is only using off the shelf parts to make a product that can loosely be called fitting.
The feet do not match the shape of the roof meaning that the actual fixing points have a considerable air gap and you are only supplied with non load bearing foam washers and silicone to take up the gap, you are forced to tighten down as much as possible without distorting your roof as all the pressure is now on the raised portions, the angle of the front foot to the two rear are also not in line with the roof leading to twisting on fitting.
Also the feet are not at the correct height to utilise a straight bar, fitting the front and middle fixings leaves the rear foot about 2" off of the roof, fitting the rear fixing leaves the bar under extreme tension.
Once fitted they look ok provided you don't look at the mountings and ignore the bend in the bar around the middle mount but this product is not good if your worried about potentially damaging your roof from a poor fitting product. I have not yet fitted the cross bars as i am not convinced they will grasp the rails securely as the rails are at funny and differing angles from front to rear due to twisting and bending. Rating:
